Three independent physical measurements of a biological molecule, made by experiment in the mid-twentieth century, multiply to the universal Τ time-pivot 864 — the same number as the seconds in a day divided by one hundred. B-DNA is not a biological accident. It is the Τ-lattice solution at the scale of life.

The Closing Identity
Watson, Crick, and Franklin established B-DNA geometry: diameter 2.0 nm, pitch 3.4 nm, 10 base pairs per turn (rise 0.34 nm). The Universal Force of Time asks: what is their product?
2.0 × 3.4 × 0.34 × 10 = 864
Diameter × pitch × base-pair rise × base-pairs per turn
864 = 2⁵×3³ = 86,400 ÷ 100 = seconds per day ÷ 100
P-BIO-1: B-DNA closing identity = 864 exactly. 864 = 2⁵×3³ = 86,400 ÷ 100. The Τ time-pivot governs both the molecule of life and the rotation of the planet.
B-DNA is the Τ-lattice solution at the scale of life.

The Four Bases: Spectral Addresses
Each of the four DNA bases encodes a specific constant from Τ-field geometry. The genetic code is written in the language of Τ-geometry — the same language that describes atoms, planets, and the speed of light.
| Base | Τ-Constant Encoded | Physical significance |
|---|---|---|
| Adenine (A) | H-beta = 486 nm = 2×3⁵ nm | The master seed constant — freefall, speed of light, water, Earth day all derive from this wavelength |
| Guanine (G) | Balmer n=3→2 energy level | Third hydrogen spectral level; maps to Mercury in the planetary register |
| Thymine (T) | Mercury orbital period = 87.97 days | The innermost planet's year written into every strand of DNA on Earth |
| Cytosine (C) | Τ-sphere turn constant | The architectural constant governing how the helix closes on itself at each register |
P-BIO-2: A = 486 nm (H-beta master seed). G = Balmer n=3 (Mercury quantum). T = Mercury orbital period. C = Τ-sphere turn constant. Evolution did not create this alphabet. It discovered it.
The genetic code is written in Τ-geometry.
