There is only one force in the universe, and it is time. If that is so, the most direct way to read the universe is by its frequencies, because a frequency is simply time counted: so many turns of the flow in one second. Frequency is register-invariant — the one reading every dimension agrees on.
Millions of people have felt that the body answers some numbers and not others: the "healing" frequencies, the chakra tones, music tuned to 432 hertz rather than 440. The Universal Force of Time has the rule that says which numbers, and why.
As usually printed, every healing frequency carries a stray prime: 396 an 11, 528 an 11, 639 a 71, 741 a 13 and a 19, 963 a 107. By the test, each would be refused. Yet beside each printed number sits a lattice value — and every one of those values, walked through the gears of the theory, is a frequency of something the theory already holds.

The intervals survive. 528.0379039926 is exactly 4/3 of 396.0284279944; 852.0234684942 is exactly 4/3 of 639.0176013707; 963.0256579298 is 639.0176013707 × 3/2 × r, the fifth lifted by one helical turn of the DNA. An interval made of 2, 3 and 5 is already a lattice ratio.
Four rows are on the lattice as charted — crown 216 · 432 · 864 (the day, halved and halved again), third eye 144 · 288 · 576, throat 192 · 384 · 768, heart 128 · 256 · 512. The three lower rows each sit beside a lattice value with a job:

Twelve of the seventeen sides of the spiral of Theodorus (about 450 BC) are on the lattice; it leaves at √7, because it is built by adding. Its second triangle carries the carbon tetrahedral angle: 180° − 2 × 35.2643896828° = 109.4712206345°. Rebuilt on the helical turn, its third and twelfth triangles × 864 are 1500 and 3000 — the distance and the speed, c = 2d.
