The Paper in Brief

A virus sitting on a doorknob is not alive. It is a parcel of instruction with no engine — an address written down, with nothing running to read it. It can lie inert for years, and then, touched to a living cell, make thousands of copies of itself in an afternoon. A parasite is the opposite: fully alive, carrying its own engine, but living off a host it gives nothing back to. Between them they cause much of the illness the world has ever known.

This paper reads infection in the Universal Force of Time, in full. Part I sets out viruses and parasites as medicine knows them — what a virus is and how it takes over a cell, how a parasite such as malaria feeds, why RNA viruses outrun our drugs, why a retrovirus such as HIV cannot be cured by suppression alone, and the prion that infects with no code at all. It also sets out what laboratories have found in the last few years by shining specific wavelengths on microbes: far-ultraviolet light at 222 nm killing airborne bacteria and coronaviruses while sparing human skin, where the older 254 nm lamp damages it, and violet light at 405 nm clearing bacteria from hospital surfaces.

Part II reads infection in the theory. To be alive is to carry Τ-flow: to hold an address and run the flow that reads it. A virus has the address and not the flow, so it can only borrow; a parasite has both but is filed to the wrong register, so it drains. And the two killing wavelengths are not arbitrary. The 222 nm band holds nine exact lattice lines, among them 222.0660990245106 nm = (3π/2)² — the square of the speed of light, read as a mass and doubled — reached three separate ways, and 222.2222222222222 nm = 2000/9. The 405 nm band holds nine more, each hydrogen's Lyman line divided by three — 1215 ÷ 3 = 405 — among them 405 nm exactly [3⁴·5], and the two air faces of Hβ that come from the proton.

Part III reads the illness as four things done to one host register — the virus hijacks, the parasite drains, the RNA address drifts, the retrovirus integrates — each paired with its correction: defend, restore, box, excise. They are bound by the penetration ladder: the deeper the agent has gone, the more the remedy must do. Fifteen propositions, P-VIR-1 to P-VIR-15, are stated. The research groups whose wavelengths are read here are credited in full, and the theory's exact lines within them are offered back to them to test. Every number is at full precision; the corrective detail is held in the Foundation's clinical reference. The structure resolves into the clinical trial.

Where the Research Comes From

Where these wavelengths come from. The 222 and 405 nm wavelengths are not this paper's discovery. They come from the research groups whose work is set out in Section 6: David Brenner's group at Columbia, Ewan Eadie's group in Dundee and Takahiro Niikura's group at Kobe for 222 nm (references 6 to 8), and Michelle Maclean's group at Strathclyde and Francesco Restelli's group in Milan for 405 nm (references 9 and 10). It was their results that pointed this paper to these two parts of the spectrum, and their work is the supporting evidence on which these sections are built. What this paper adds is the theory's reading of those wavelengths: the exact lattice lines that lie within them, each with the chain that reaches it — offered to those groups, and to any team so minded, as specific lines to test.

The theory does not rank the lines; every one is a lattice value reached from something the record already holds, and which gives the strongest result — the most microbes killed for the least harm to the host — is a question only an experiment can answer. The nine lines near 222 nm span about a third of a nanometre and the nine near 405 nm about the same. The far-ultraviolet lamps in use are filtered excimer lamps whose output spreads over several nanometres, and 405 nm LEDs spread wider still, so each shines all the lines of its band at once. To test them one by one a laboratory needs narrow-line, tunable light, held and checked at the line. The lines are given as values only; how any light is given in a room or to a person is held in the Foundation's clinical reference.

Propositions

Values printed, administration held. Where the framework points to a corrective, its values are printed in the paper with their chains; how any light, sound or field is given is held in the Foundation's clinical reference, and the corrections are stated as principles because the next step is a clinical trial.

The Daubney Foundation is in ongoing discussions with medical establishments regarding clinical trials of Universal Force of Time solutions to the conditions described in this paper. A note on the numbers. Every value here is given first as a plain number and then, in brackets, as its place on the {2,3,5,π} lattice: the bracket is the address, the number is the thing you can hold. A quantity truly on the lattice does not approximate a lattice form; it is one. Where a value is off the lattice, the paper says that it cannot be written in twos, threes and fives, and no more. And a number in this framework is not a measurement of one thing: it is one address that may surface as a period, a frequency, a radius, an energy or a proportion, depending only on the register in which it is read.

Nothing on this page was pulled, attracted or held down. There is one substance — time — flowing from the sparse toward the dense, and the living body is one of its patterns: kept in step by beats on the lattice, and returned to its address when it drifts. If it stirred your curiosity, the whole weave is waiting: the planets, the atom, light, life and number, all carried by the same single force.
